- Zutaten
200 g apricots
1/2 l milk
1/4 l yoghurt
3 tablespoons powder sugar
juice of half lemon
1 tablespoon rum
1/8 l mineral water

- Zubereitung
Mix apricots with milk and sugar and puree. Fold in other ingredients. Mix again and serve in cold glasses. (Leave the rum for children)
