Jacket Potatoes

8 potatoes(floury)
salt
aluminium foil
parsley, chives
bacon or ham

Wash potatoes and wrap in aluminium foil. Sprinkle salt in a pan or casserolle and place the potatoes into the pan. Preheat the oven to 200° C and bake for about 50 minutes.
Cut potatoes lengthwise on the top side, slightly press them apart and fill with a small piece of butter or sour cream. Garnish with chopped parsley, chives, sliced ham or bacon.
