5 large peaches
2 bottles white wine
1 bottle sparkling wine
5 cl cognac
sugar to taste

- Zubereitung
Wash, pare and cut peaches into wedges; place in a punch bowl, add cognac and sugar. Add one bottle white wine, cover and refigerate for four hours. Before serving, pour in the second bottle white wine and the ice-cold sparkling wine. If needed, add some sugar or even better peach syrup or sugar syrup, since you needn't stir that much.
