130 ml water
150 g granulated sugar
250 ml milk
1 tablespoon vanilla custard powder

- Zubereitung
Bring water to the boil, put a pan on the stove, melt granulated sugar until light brown, don't forget to stir, pour in the hot water, stirring continuously until caramel has dissolved. Mix custard powder with a little milk and stir until smooth. Add the rest of the milk to the caramel and cook for a minute. Add vanilla milk and simmer for another two minutes. Strain the sauce and let it cool.
