200 g butter 200 g powder sugar
5 eggs
200 g all-purpose flour
1 sachet vanilla supar
40 g cornstarch
1 kg apricots

  • Zubereitung

Beat butter, half sugar and yolks very fluffy. Beat egg whites together with the remaining sugar until stiff and, together with flour and cornstarch, fold it into the mixture. Butter and flour baking tray, spoon the mixture onto it.
Wash apricots, remove the seeds, cut the fruits in halves and put them on the dough with the cut surface facing upwards. Preheat the oven, bake at 180° C for about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with caster sugar.
