flour, eggs and breadcrumbs for breading

- Zubereitung
If you have a breaded fish fillet, just lower into medium heated oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Otherwise salt fish fillets, dredge in flour, whisk egg(s), dip fillets into eggs and dredge in breadcrumbs.
You can thin eggs with milk or water.
