40 g butter
600 ml milk
125 ml whipping cream
1 yolk
salt, pepper, ground nutmeg

- Zubereitung
Heat butter, sweat flour, add milk and stir until smooth, simmer at a low heat for about 30 minutes. Stir time and again.
Stir in whipping cream and yolk, season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
