140 g butter
140 g powder sugar
5 yolks
90 g melted chocolate
120 ml milk
1 tablespoon coffee
1 teaspoon baking powder
200 g flour
5 egg whites
130 g caster sugar

chocolate icing
100 g chocolate
4 tablespoons water
70 g butter or coconut oil

  • Zubereitung

Cream butter, sugar and yolks until smooth and fluffy, and stir in the melted chocolate, coffee and milk. Whisk egg whites with 130 caster sugar to stiff peaks and fold flour together with the baking powder into the mixture. Bake at 180° C for about 25-30 minutes.

Briefly boil water and chocolate, remove it from the oven and continue to stir. Add butter and stir for another 2 minutes. Now pour it over the cake and carefully brush it over the top and the edges.
