30 g yeast
ca. 1/4 l tepid waster
500 g flour
1-2 tablespoons oilive oil
1 teaspoon salt

1 can pelati (canned peeled tomatoes)
olive oil
salt, pepper
mozzarella cheese
3 garlic cloves, oregano, fresh basil leaves
Parmesan cheese
vegetables to your liking
salami, ham etc.


  • Zubereitung

Mix flour, salt, yeast, oil and tepid water (around 1/4 l tepid water, it may be even a bit less), knead well. The longer you knead the more elastic the dough will be. Cover dough with a moist cloth and allow to rest for half hour. The volume is to double in this time. Then knead dough once again, sprinkle flour on a work surface and roll out dough.

Tomato sauce:
Heat olive oil, sweat onions, add the peeled tomatoes, season to taste, simmering for 5 minutes. Mix the sauce. Add garlic, basil, oregano to your personal liking.
Spoon tomato sauce onto the dough, spread vegetables, ham, sausage slices etc., sprinkle with the grated parmesan cheese, add salt and pepper, drizzle some olive oil over the topping and bake at 250° C on the lower rack for about 10 minutes.
Tip: When it comes to the topping, please use your imagination!
