120 g butter
150 g powder sugar
4 eggs
125 ml milk
200 g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
various fruits

  • Zubereitung

Beat butter, sugar and yolks until fluffy, add milk and half flour. Whisk the egg whites until very stiff, sift flour together with the baking powder and alternately fold it into the mixture. Grease and flour baking tray, spoon the mixture onto it and put the fruits on the dough with the cut surface facing upwards. Preheat oven and bake at 180° C for about 25 minutes.
