4 yolks
300 g powder sugar
240 g all-purpose flour
30 g cocoa
125 ml oil
125 ml water
4 egg whites
red currant jelly
pinch salt
chocolate icing

- Zubereitung
Whisk yolks and sugar until fluffy, slowly add oil and sugar and fold in the beaten egg whites, pinch salt. Sift flour with cocoa and fold it in. Butter and flour baking tray, spoon mixture onto it and bake at 180° C for about 20-25 minutes. When still hot, brush it with the red currant jelly and glaze with the chocolate icing.
