½ cup yoghurt
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves
½ bunch chives
salt, pepper
lemon juice

Mix sour cream and oil until smooth, add finely chopped garlic and chives and season with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon juice.
Tip: You can also use only yoghurt or sour cream or crème fraîche.
